UF405VMR - is non-toxic and non-corrosive, low activity, viscous, chemically modified rosin based, no-clean organic soldering flux gel. Flux type - R (unactivated rosin), flux class - 1.1.1.C / ROL0. The flux is low active, non-aggressive towards the metals and non-corrosive. It is based on non-activated, catalytically hydrogenated and chemically modified rosin.The flux does not contain any activating reagents or toxic compounds. Its vapors are not dangerous to health. Designed for repairs, PCB mounting, soldering of all electronic components, SMD, BGA and other chips. Flux is easily washed off by a polar organic solvents (ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, ethyl acetate), isopropanol-gasoline mixture. UF405VMR composition does not contain halogens, inorganic acids and their salts, harmful amines, amino alcohols and hydrazines having nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity and hepatotoxicity. Not erodes the soldering tip, and does not create unpleasant odors. Has a high smoke point. After soldering flux residues are removed with alcohol, acetone, isopropanol-gasoline mixture.
