If your product gets damaged in route to you, we will help you with handling the damage claim with the shipper. But, you are responsible for filing a damage claim. Any and all damaged equipment must be documented with the freight driver before the driver departs your location. Also, Freight companies only accept hidden damage claims for a short time after delivery, normally 2 weeks. Merchandise We try to present the item as accurately as possible.
