The TPS62560 can be used in applications like PDAs, pocket PCs, portable media players, low-power DSP supply, and POL applications. With a fixed switching frequency of 2.25 MHz, the TPS62560 family enters a Power Save Mode operation at light load currents to maintain high efficiency over the entire load current range. It is also optimized for low output voltage ripple. The TPS62560 has a current consumption of less than 1 ВµA in the shutdown mode, making it energy efficient.
