ACHI IR-PRO-SC Infrared BGA PS3 XBOX 360 Rework StatiACHI IR-PRO-SC Infrared 1)ACHI IR-PRO-SC is also called ACHI PRO SC or IR-PRO-SC, it is a IR BGA rework station using advanced DARK INFRARED TECH. Total Power is 2000w and Requires 220v if you dont have access to 220v line you must need to use a transformer/convertor that include on this package and I highly recommend the LITEFUZE VT-3000 or VT-5000 which ive used personally for over a year with no issues. 2)Can be used to repair CBGA, CCGA, CSP, QFN, MLF, PGA and all the green epoxy type ?BGA. 3)The ACHI Pro-SC is designed for rework of the following but not limited to, PC motherboard, laptop motherboard, Cisco Switches,Xbox360 and PS3. 4)The height of Top heating head may adjust by rotating the handle(suggest 32mm). The Top Infrared heater could rework BGA ICs of large size up to 70*70mm. Actual Topheater plate size is 65mmx65mm and can handle any BGA out there. 5)The Linear guide type Bracket for BGA Rework can be locked,adjusted by rotating the handle, It can fix PCB easily, effectively preventing PCB board from deformation/warping. PS3 and XBOX360 Supports are provided and shipped with the unit. 6)IR-PRO-SC can be connected to a computer with a built-in PC RS232 serial port or with serial to USB adapter. It can be controlled by the software, it can set up 8 rising temperature segments and 8 constant temperature segments to control. It can save 10 groups of temperature curves at one time. This is a very useful feature helping you in creating your profiles for Lead, Lead Free or different PCB type. The Machine Ships with one lead profile and one leadfree profile already installed. 7)The fan allows you to cool the PCB fast and efficiently although Natural cool down to atleast 100c is suggested. Large IR bottom heater(260mm*245mm)could heat the PCB evenly to avoid deformation. The rate of successful reworking is higher then those with smaller preheaters. 8)The top & bottom temperature areas heat independently. The sensitive temperature sensor shows accurate data and instant information.. The closed-loop temperature control system offers the alarm function and the cutting of the power supply automatically.
