Heating Mantle 1L/1000mL 110v    Size : Total Height : 6 inch Element Size : 5.5 inches  Total Package weight with box : 2.1 Kg approx.  Description - Used for uniform heating/boiling  of glass flasks - Effective heat distribution by glass fibre yarn attached to the heating cords - Auto cut off as the desired temperature is reached - Heat resistant Aluminium body and powder coated paint                    - Suitable for heating flasks as per DIN 12347 - Provision of fuse and buffers for safe and smooth operation Technical Specifications:-  Heating Temperature Range   Up to 350 degrees Heating Output   60-1800W (according to the capacity) Exterior Body   Aluminium Alloy Spare Mantle   Glass fibre yarn Heating Element   Kanthal Wire Temperature Control   Energy Regulator Voltage Supply   220-230V/110V Frequency   50 Hz Operating Procedure:- - Put the flask with solvent onto the mantle. Make sure that the flask makes good contact with the yarn. - Ensure that the power knob is at OFF position - Connect the heating mantle to power source. - Switch on the energy regulator by rotating its knob. - Red indication glows which shows that the heating has started. - Fix the knob position at maximum i.e. 100. When the desired temperature is attained, reverse the regulator and red light indicator will go OFF. - Leave the regulator knob at this position. This will maintain the desired temperature. - After use keep the unit in safe place disconnected from power. Notes:- The energy regulator dial is marked 0-100. This marking does not indicate temperature. It indicates control level that is at position ‘0’ minimum power is allowed to flow and at position ‘100’ maximum power.
