GIANT antique wood type number: 2 Hard to find nowadays, as already at the time, when letterpress wooden blocks were used for printing, characters with such a height were very rare. We have already seen a lot of wood printing blocks, but never before so big ones. Height: 317 mm /  12.48 inch !!!!! Please be sure, that a careful packaging will be done for the character, so nothing will hurt the character on transport. Please check also our other auctions, we have some more characters -also of this font- for sale, as we a parting from some printing blocks of our collection. The exact condition of the character can be seen on the picture. Shipping will be from Germany US$ 25.00 worldwide for the first letter, each additional letter will be US$ 10.00 more.
