this is a lot of 12,816 pcs (12,816 sq ft) of 12"x12" heavy rubber floor tile 1/8" inch thick. in a beautiful medium blue with white marbleization in it. this is first quality that was a factory overrun from an order for a school. This is very expensive tile designed for heavy commercial and industrial use but is also excellent in residential applications. Rubber has several advantages to standard vinyl composition tile in that it contours to uneven surfaces better than vinyl and it doesnt expand and contract as much as vinyl in temerature fluctuations. and is much less likely to crack. as vinyl it is also very durable in high use areas and being rubber it has better limited slip properties than vinyl. this tile is normally very expensive $4 to $5 per sq ft. but you can buy it here for a fraction of its normal price. just $.25 per sq ft for the entire lot. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE FOR THIS ITEM . PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TILE BEFORE CONTACTING ME FOR A SHIPPING COST. This tile is very heavy so shipping will not be cheap but even with the freight cost you would still be in a very nice and expensive floor for a small fraction of its normal price. I will break this lot into smaller quantities of 1000 sq ft increments for a slightly higher price of $.30 per sq ft.
