You are bidding on a brand new 12 ft, HTP direct plug in replacement welding gun for the following MIG welders which use the Magnum 100L K530-6 Mig welding gun: SP140T, SP-180T, Easy Core 125, Easy Core 140, Easy Mig 140, Easy Core 180, Mig Pak 140, Mig Pak 180, Pro Core 125, Pro Mig 140, Pro Mig 180, (the Pro Mig welders were sold at Lowes), Weld Pak 125HD, Weld Pak 140HD, and Weld Pak 180HD (the Weld Pak HD models were sold at Home Depot), and the Work-Pak 125. This gun is also a replacement for the machines which use the Magnum Pro 100L K3080-1 welding gun used on the following welders: Power Mig 140, Power Mig 140C, Power Mig 140T, Power Mig 180, Power Mig 180C, Power MIG 180T, and Power MIG 180 Dual welders. This gun has the benefit of using the easier to find, lower cost consummables used on the K530-6 welding gun. This 12 ft long gun will handle .023”, .024”, .025”, .030” and .035” diameter welding wires. It will feed all types of wire, steel wire using gas, flux cored wire requiring no gas, stainless steel wire, and with a teflon liner, you can feed aluminum wire. It comes standard with a .030” diameter tip in the welding gun. Not only will this gun let you keep more of your hard earned money in your pocket, but we believe this HTP replacement gun is better than the OEM gun as it is a heavier duty gun with more copper in the cable. Picture 1 gives you a good overview of the gun. You can see the heavy duty spring in both the handle and where the gun plugs into the machine, which offers a much better support system than the OEM gun. Picture 2 gives you a close up of the end of the welding gun where it plugs into the welder. You can see the diameter of the plug is .625" and this gun uses the round amp trigger connector. You can also see the spring support. Picture 3 shows a close up of the handle. Our handle has a good clean ergonomic design, so it fits in your hand better than the Lincoln gun. It is also color coordinated with your welder, and you can see the spring support. Picture 4 is a close up of the round trigger connector. The crimp is insulated to protect the trigger wires from chafing. Picture 6 (photo 2) shows the actual crimp with the insulation removed. Picture 7 (photo 3) shows a cutaway of the coaxial cable assembly, where you can see the copper wires that carry the welding current, the trigger wires, the inner tube that the wires are wrapped around, and which also has the liner running up the center of it. Between the liner and the inner tube is where the shield gas runs.
