This 12 fingers chicken / poultry plucker is a clever and low budget alternative to the more expensive 500 dollar whiz bang option. Plucker will pluck all the feathers off a chicken, goose, duck or turkey and some other poultries in about 1 minutes.  12 rubber plucker fingers flail the feathers off--even the pin feathers. Nothing could be easier. Here's how: Scald the bird as you do for handpicking. Water temperature is very important, (see temp. and time table). Hold the bird over the revolving fingers. Rotate the bird as needed. You're done - even the pin feathers are gone.
