12 Foot Commercial Aluminum Hood - Front Cover Has Been Painted, Restaurant Closed One Year Ago.  Hood was cleaned every 4 months when in use.  Hood is Located in Ironton, MO  63650, which is about an hour and a half south of St. Louis, Mo. Includes Roof top Vent Includes Fire Safety System Includes 3 light fixtures with glass covers Buyer must come to location and remove hood and vent, no exceptions.  Seller is not responsible for harm to persons or equipment while removing hood and vent.  Everything is out of the kitchen lots of room to work.  Hood is just sitting on concrete block wall.  Easy to remove, but heavy. (3 or 4 people needed.
