12-Inch Butcher Knife. SaniSafe by Dexter Russell. New, unused, but not in the original hang package.   This knife is stamped "factory seconds", but I cannot find anything wrong with it. That's why I grabbed it as soon as I found it at the factory. Because it was in a bin with other knives, there are a few very minor, flaws on the surface of the blade. They do not even show up in the photos.  The only thing reason why this could have been deemed a "second" is the "DEXTER" on the blade is not perfectly straight (it rises from left to right), And the "E" in Dexter is a little faded. (See the  6th photo)  ? Who Knows? If you've  bought knives from me in the past, you already know that I WILL NOT sell a knife if the flaw is anything else than cosmetic (unless otherwise stated).
