Bessey® Kre High Performance Parallel Clamps Improved Braking On The Moveable Jaw Keeps It From Unwanted Sliding Down The Clamp Bar. 12" Kre High Performance Parallel Clamps (Ea) | 175-31912" Kre High Performance Parallel Clamps (Ea) | 175-319 Improved design includes an ergonomic handle with a steel socket allowing added clamping pressure to be applied: KRE series clamps can produce up to 1700 lb. of clamping force. For closing and clamping, pivot the handle towards the rail, slide the jaw to the workpiece and begin clamping. For smooth opening, release any clamping pressure, then pivot the handle up and away from the rail and slide the operating jaw away from the workpiece. Each clamp features three large glue, paint and grease resistant, removable pressure caps set perpendicular to the rail. Operating jaw easily moves but stays put where you place it along the rail. Clamps are easily converted to spreader application without the need for any tools. Workpiece supports keep the clamped work from coming into contact with the steel rail reducing the likelihood of staining. To handled angled pieces, use 175-346, KR-AS K-Body Adapters. These soft face adapters can be attached to the clamping jaws and allow for a -15° to +15° tilting range. To create a framing set for doors and picture frames use 823-661, KP BlocksAll K-Body clamps can be connected to create a longer clamping range, use 153-152 KBX Extender.
