I am offering 12+ large fowl chocolate orpington eggs for sale. This stock comes from Breed Love Acres and were from the Korpus Klucker experimental project. The chocolate orpington was started from using the black orpington and crossing with the chocolate bantam orpington in order to bring this lovely color to the large fowl breed. I have been working with these birds for four years and now have a large flock of very nice large to medium sized chocolate orpingtons. They have been chocolate to chocolate for three years now and breed very consistently. . The green picture is of the three are my original trio. The others pictures were taken last year are last years hatch and current flock.. There are still a lot of young pullets in the flock that are just starting to lay. I have had great hatch rates last year of almost 90%. I have not culled this years stock yet so running them all together at this point but you should have a good fertility rate. I of course cannot guarantee your hatch rate due to how you incubate your eggs. Also the way the eggs are handled through the postal service may affect their hatchability. I have a GQ and almost everything I put in it hatches for me. These eggs will be collected over several days and are rotated for viability. I will carefully pack with the utmost care and ship to you preferably by USPS Priority Mail. Payment is expected immediately after auction closes.
