Shipping Policy: I provide FREE shipping to the Continental United States only. I cannot combine shipping, and there is no local pick up. All my items are shipped directly from multiple suppliers. I can only ship to a physical address. Please do not provide a PO Box or APO address. I ship from various suppliers and warehouses to get the item to you in the quickest timeframe. I typically ship within 48 hours of payment verification of the purchase (excluding weekends and holidays), but occasionally minor delays do happen. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive unless it is a large/oversized item such as large exercise equipment or furniture just to name a few (which may take a little longer). International Shipping: Shipping outside of the United States requires an additional surcharge of no more than 10% of the purchase price. You will be billed for the surcharge through PayPal and it must be paid BEFORE the item will be shipped. Returns/Refunds: Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 30 days of the item being received. The buyer is required to pay return shipping for any item that is not damaged. Please contact me directly through eBay messaging within 2 business days if an item is damaged, broken or incorrect, so I can promptly track and resolve any issues. Please take pictures, so I can show my supplier what happened and be able to provide the return label. You must have a return authorization number in order for the return to be processed. I use multiple suppliers and you must have the correct information to return it to the correct place with the proper information so it is processed as quickly as possible. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds other than damaged items or you received the incorrect item. All refunds will be issued once the supplier receives the item. A return can take up to 10-14 business days for the whole process to be completed. Please be patient during the process. If an item has been shipped freight, please inspect the item or box the item is in for any apparent damage. If there is any noticeable damage, please refuse delivery. Do not sign for it. Please email me immediately to inform me of the damage and refusal of delivery. If the item is not refused, it can take 10-14 business to have it picked up for return.
