These are empty blown Coturnix quail eggs from our small flock of hand raised birds. They have amazing personality and we treat them daily with apples, little bugs, lettuce or meal worms. They treat us with lovely eggs. Photos are of the actual eggs you are purchasing. This listing is for 12 quail eggs with two extra to be sure you receive 12 uncracked eggs. These eggs range in size from 1+ - 1 1/2 inches and have one tiny hole in the larger end that we used to empty them. The hole is 1/16th of an inch. The eggs have been rinsed out with water and air dried. We do not use bleach or chemicals to process our eggs. The holes in these eggs are clean cut and not large and chipping or cracking. We call these firsts and they are our best drilled quality. No returns. We take great care to package and mail your eggs to prevent damage. Each egg is hand wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it gets to you intact. Please study photos so that you know what you are getting. Shipping is first class. We offer combined shipping on multiple listings purchased if you request a combined invoice and pay with one payment. If needed, we can list eggs with holes on the smaller end for ornament crafting. A few times a year we have double sized quail eggs due to a hen that often throws double yokes. Ocassionally we will also list seconds. Seconds are eggs with larger more jagged holes or a chipped area around the hole.
