Guaranteed to be as described! I have about 100 of these bulbs available so if you are interested in more let me know and we can work out a price. I just noticed 10 of these bulbs SOLD on ebay for $30 ($3 each) I have not tested all the bulbs but if the buyer chooses to test them and any do not work I will reimburse payment based on your final individual cost per bulb. These bulbs were taken from a factory case but it was not sealed and so there may be dust on some of the bulbs and discoloration of packaging as seen in photos.
