BLUEROCK Tools presents the new 12"Z1 T/S Diamond Core Drill designed specifically for high output concrete coring drill. The drill has two gears for different size holes, and two different speeds, making it a heavy-duty and versatile tool. The drill is equipped with outer regulating safety clutch, overload protection switch and double insulation. Additionally, the drill has an adaptable water spigot for "wet" drilling. The included tilting stand and rolling base make this a convenient and practical tool for any job site. A vacuum base and vacuum pump are also included. The Newman Trading Company LLC (TNTC) DBA BLUEROCK Tools warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, repairs outside of our facilities, or lack of maintenance. TNTC shall not be responsible or liable to the purchaser for any use or misuse of this item. To take advantage of the warranty, the purchaser must notify TNTC of intent to return and return the product or part with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If the defect is verified, we will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price if a replacement is unavailable. The purchaser may also elect for a refund within the 30-day period, not including shipping costs. If the item is not returned in "new" condition with all packaging and accessories, a minimum 15% refurbishing fee will be assessed- maximum refurbishing fee will be accessed upon inspection of the item.
