This auction is for (one  available) Trane 1280 Ton water cooled chiller Trane Model CFHF 1280.  These systems has only have 5 years of use on them because it was installed at a semiconductor facility that shutdown 5 years after starting production when they sold the patents to the process technology that was being used at that plant.  The systems were always maintained by Trane and are in fantastic shape. If you look at the pictures I have removed the endcaps and you can see the condition of the tubes and you are welcome to fly out to inspect and check the maintenance logs for the machines. They are in very nice fully operational condition.  Here are some specifications on this lot.  (also note the picture of the manufacturers tag for serial number and additional info) Chiller - Trane Model CFHF 1280 - 1280 Ton Chiller - Very long model number note picture Chiller - Refrigerant - R123 Freon Chiller - Power - 115VAC single phase and 4160 VAC three phase (range from 3744 4576 is ok). 60 Hz or 50Hz  I have extended my guarantee on these systems to 4 months because I know it takes some time to set them up and get the piping to them.  These Are guaranteed in great shape and if  you want to come out you can review the maintenance records and build sheets for these systems.  The manuals are also included.  The winning bidder will be responsible for paying for shipping.  It will take 1 truckload to transport the complete package from Colorado Springs Colorado.  I have decreased the price on this chiller WAY BELOW MARKET VALUE to get it sold and moved to its new home.   If you would like to inspect please give me a call and we can setup an onsite tour to see the system.  This equipment is in very nice condition.  We also have a very large selection of valves including controlled fisher valves that were used to control the water flow in these systems.  If you need valves  please let me know and I will make up a listing for you.  We also have a huge selection of steam valves in stock.
