Power requirements: This is a DC motor speed controller and the inputs should be DC. Power can be used but is not limited to the following categories: switching power supply, DC output transformers, lead-acid batteries and so on. Power connectors are connected to the "Power +" and "Power -" terminals, the positive and negative power supply can not reverse. This controller can work properly at voltage range DC 12-30V . DC power requirements power >= 1.3 * motor power 2. Motor requirements: The motor it controls must be a DC brush motor. Motor cables are connected to the "motor +" and "Motor -" terminals. Motor power requirements: 24V motor power less than 100W, limit 200W, 12V motor power less than 50W, limit 100W. 3. LED Indicators: Power LED: When the system is powered on properly, the green power indicator lights, indicates that the system is powered up. Reversible LED: Display motor rotation direction. 4. Speed control potentiometer: "Speed control" terminals can be connected 10K or 100K potentiometer. 5. Signal input pins: Signal input pin has two groups: "input signal 1" and "input signal 2". When the "input signal" and "negative signal" short, signal is active, when disconnect, signal is invalid. 6. Limit input pins: Limit input pin has two groups: "Limit Input 1" and "Limit Input 2". It can be connected but not limited to the following switch: the feet switch, the mechanical limit switch (micro switch), photoelectric switches, proximity switches, hall switches (NPN normally open type). Note: Active signal: All the active signal of this controller is low level, if the voltage is higher than 5V, it is a high level. After extensive testing of this controller, it can be used in civil and general industrial applications.
