It looks pretty small laying there on the ground but it's actually 54" long,the lights are about 4 1/4" in diameter and it does work. It can be set where all the lights blink,just the center ones,the center and one end or the center and the other end.It's all in the switches in the control box(pictured). I put alligator clips on the ends of the power wires to hook the thing up to the 12volt battery in my truck but better connectors or direct wiring would be better. These things were used a lot in road construction in the past but not so much anymore. Any slow moving vehicle,truck,tractor on a road where people fly on the ground would be safer with this thing hanging on the back with blinking caution lights. Will be sent Fedex Ground. Price includes recycled box whenever possible,packing,shipping to continental lower 48 and insurance,no other fees or costs.
