Up for auction is a 12' x 56' Male & Female Modular Shower Building. Included in Building: 8 Showers - 2 Female, 6 Male 3 Hand Sinks Lockers & Benches - both sides Heat/Air and 2 Large Water Heaters Great for use as an on site temporary or permanent shower/locker building. We can deliver and setup for an additional cost, or we can help you find and arrange a long haul freight vendor to bring the unit to your location across the country. Unit comes with a Bill of Sale, and a Certificate of Origin is available. If you pick the unit up, you will be responsible to provide lights and safety chains. Unit is sold as-is as pictured. Unit must be picked up on weekdays before 2 P.M. to allow for hookup and paperwork. Current location is Cincinnati, OH 45069.  You are welcome to come and see the building prior to bidding. Successful bidder will be responsible for any and all sales taxes.
