This auction is for a Laser Mechanisms Large Aperture CO2 laser delivery system with a full range of motion in 3 axis to an area 14 foot from the laser source in all directions (a spherical area within 14 ft from the laser source can be reached (of course your laser source will block some of this range)). This system was used to deliver high powered CO2 laser light and was formally controlled by a robot at a aerospace supplier that made turbine blades. This system is available because they closed down the facility where it was installed. There are total of 8 right angle mirrors here are some specs from the ends of the (water cooled) mirror assemblies. part number - PL205.0006 Diameter - 4" Thickness - 0.75" Material - SI Coating EP All of the mirrors have the same spec. The system has 7 rotary 4" couplers that move in 360 degrees as follows Laser input 5" to first rotary coupler 90 degree bend 5" to next rotary coupler 90 degree bend 7' to next rotary coupler 90 degree bend 10" to next rotary coupler 90 degree bend 7' to next rotary coupler 90 degree bend. 5" to next rotary coupler 90 degree bend 5" to next rotary coupler laser output The input and output arms are 10" long and the main shafts are 7' long each and their is a 10" coupler at the end that couples the two 7' long shafts The fifth picture is a picture of the output when a flash light is put on the other side of the assembly. The system includes the cooling water distribution tubing and flexible couplings. Shipping on this item will be $400 to the lower 48 states (this is an oversized item). We will build a custom crate and load at no charge if you would like to use your own carrier instead of paying our estimated shipping charge of $400.
