Kitchen and Dining/Common Area Bunkhouse comes furnished with Beds & Mattresses, a Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator and a Range. Heat and A/C. Power requirement is 120/240 V. Great for use as Oilfield, Industrial, Mining, Offshore, New Construction office, and many more uses. We can deliver and setup for an additional cost locally within a 100 mile radius of unit location, or we can help you find and arrange a long haul freight vendor to bring the unit to your location across the country. Unit comes with a Bill of Sale, and a Certificate of Origin is available. If you pick the unit up, you will be responsible to provide lights and safety chains. Unit is sold as-is as pictured.
