SPECIAL GRINDING: OPEN SEGMENTS - Toolgal chain is surface ground during the production, so the operator can start cutting immediately out of the box. (The competitors chain can take more than 20 minutes to open the segment, even in abrasive material). CHAIN STRUCTURE: The basic concept is using a hardened interna bushing between the links and the drive drive link The link is very stable and slows down the elongation of the chain - the special hardening process prevents excessive guide bar wear The assembly and disassembly is very easy using Toolgal's chain assembly kit. An operator can easily remove a broken link and replace within minutes A special hole on the bottom of the drive link enables better cooling when water supply is reduced
