This gun uses HTP 24 series consumables which will save you money over the Snap-On™ OEM parts. This 15 ft long gun will handle .023”, .024”, .025”, .030” and .035” diameter welding wires. It will feed all types of wire, steel wire using gas, flux cored wire requiring no gas, and stainless steel wire. It comes standard with a .035” diameter tip in the welding gun. This HTP replacement gun is better than the OEM gun. Why, because our handle has a good clean ergonomic design, so it fits in your hand better than the OEM Snap-On™ gun. And our handle eliminates the Nozzle Insulator, the part with the 3 O-rings - the nozzle has a good tight fit and does not move around.
