This is a metal heavy duty pad holder for floor buffers. It's actual dia. is 16 3/4 in. The clutch plate looks to be a standard size. The hole in the plate is 3 1/2 in from inside the lug slot to the back side of the hole. The slot is about 7/8 in. in length. The surface of the  holder is covered with a heavy backing, neoprene? This does show some wear. It should be easy to replace. The sandpaper or scrub pad hold down  is held in place by a left hand bolt. I accept paypal only for payment. Item will be shipped with in 3 days of receiving payment. I usually ship by US mail  or FedEx.  At his time I ship USA only.  Extra shipping will be required for any thing shipped out side the lower 48 states. Local pickup is welcome.
