BUILT BY PARTNERTUFF.  FRAME AND DRUM GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS!16"  steel drum 9 Solid Steel Hammers, Rockwell 71 hardness Dual Pulley drive 16 HP electric start gas engine (motor ships free directly to you from our supplier) Crushing capabilities will vary.  This crusher has been in service at a local gold/ silver/ platinum mine for 4 months. Running all day, most days. With metered feed it is crushing 1 - 1 1/2 tons per hour.  It crushes better than -100 mesh Solid hammers last longer than flail hammers and can be built up again with weld.  In the four months that our test crusher has been in operation, no maintenance/replacement has been required. However it will vary with each operator. Bearings, pulleys, belts, hammers, are not guaranteed. Manufacturing time varies from 3 weeks to 8 weeks depending on the number of crusher orders we have. All crushers are built in the order of payment received. We do offer a quantity discount for 3 or more crushers ordered.
