This auction is a three day auction for (one of thirty available) NEW 17,000 CFM Huntair Air Makeup Systems with heating/cooling recirculation or makeup air handlers. We have installed these systems in many applications from clean rooms to food processing/packing facilities both in the USA and internationally. They can be used in cleanrooms from class E4(four levels below 1) to Class 1000. These units have been used ot heat and cool in facilities that have scrubber and air filter system to provide heated or cooled makeup air or to recirculate air within buildings. These systems cost in excess of $80,000 each when new and these are new units (installed but never used). When installed in a food processing applications HEPA or UPLA (Ultra Low Penetration Filters) are installed internal to the blower system in the 2x4' filter hangers inside the blower system. There are two input ports that enable the makeup air to be blended from two locations (i.e. typically outside and inside air) the air is then drawn through the heating/cooling coils then through the filters if installed then finally the air goes through the fan and returns the room. These blowers are extremely quiet. If you have never heard a Huntair in operation you will be amazed how quite they are. You can talk right next them when they are blowing without raising your voice they are amazingly quiet. The noise in most installations comes from the duct work not the fans. We have been selling more of these systems to medical and food processing applications than to conventional clean rooms. If you think they may help solve an airborne contamination or potential contamination issue in your facility please give me a call and we can discuss your application (Mark 206-399-9717) These systems include the following: · This system is NEW it was installed but that side of the fab was never completed (installed but not used). · Main air handler system with Huntair 15HP fan · Heating and Cooling coils to control the temperature of your clean room. This is a $7,500 option. 60 F Temp Rise or Drop at full flow rate (90F delta required) · Allen Bradley 30HP VFD, VSD Drive – with Ethernet, RS485, or local (keypad) control · Sensors for temperature and pressure that are feedback to an Allen Bradley Flex I/O interface. · Allen Bradley Local Control Pad – not shown in most pictures but it is included · Controlled Dampers on both the input and output air paths. This option alone cost $8,000 when the systems were new. · Very low vibration and noise systems since they were installed in a facility with a vibration specification of only 334 micro-inch/sec. · 2000 Model Year System – The are new they were installed but never used because the fab equipment was never installed in that portion of the plant. · Extremely Clean – The fab was certified 4e and the air handlers have been sitting indoors installed since then. We will not move the out of the clean room space until we are loading them on your truck. · Discharge and Intake Options - Side Draft input, Bottom Discharge, Bottom Input and discharge and we can customize the intake and exhaust for a small additional fee. The structure of the blowers is designed so that by just removing sheet metal the vents can be moved from sides to top with little work. The main structure is made out of 6" and 4" rectangular steel so it is easy to change vent locations. We have sold many of these units to be used in industrial and commercial applications to provide makeup air. In addition quite a few units have been installed outdoors or adjacent to buildings with the installers adding a doghouse around the control panel. These systems are very well built and have a high quality power coat finish as you expect from a system that was providing air to an 4E clean room (four classes below class 1). We can build entire clean rooms class 1000, 100, 10, 1, a1, b1, c1 or even e1. The filters are 99.99996 at 0.02 uM that is a very high quality filter (was requried for the submicron fab). We also have MAC10 Hepa Fan Filter Units (FFU) We also Have Hitachi ULPA FFUs rated 99.99995 at 0.05uM. The winning bidder is responsible to directly pay for the freight but we will load at no additional charge. These systems can be packed into box trucks or moved on flatbeds. Shipping will run approximately $1/mile for a single system or $2.60/mile for three systems from zip code 80911. You are welcome to travel to the facility and view and operate these systems prior to uninstalling them. The mezzanine is very nice and is load rated at 250lbs/square foot and is sold in 24’x24’ sections that have 14’ clear span below and 1 foot beam height. We have installed clean rooms at universities, fortune 500 companies, government facilities and medical facilities. We can be contracted for the installation at your facility or will give onsite support during assembly for travel expense plus $275/day or will assist by phone to meet your needs. We can build custom clean room kits to meet your application as long as you have at least 10’ interior room height.
