Eggs and Fertility Our eggs are gathered as soon as they are laid, in the evening, and stored properly (skinny end down, rotated, unwashed, 50 degree temperature) for freshness and viability. Our fertility rate is 98%. Hatchability We have had customers with hatch rates as high as 98% and as low as 13%.Hatching is part science and part art. Please do not leave feedback based on your hatch rates as we have no control over the incubation process. Incubation requires a precise, clean, and controlled environment and is not easy by any means. Please note that the hatchability rate on shipped eggs is typically 50% due to how rough the carriers handle the eggs. Shipping You will be notified when your eggs have shipped and a tracking number will be provided. We ship priority mail. We do not monitor weather in destination cities, please be advised that if it is too cold/hot where you live, we suggest you wait to order until the weather in your area is more reasonable. By buying our eggs, you are saying that you're okay with that risk. We will not ship to destinations outside the 50 states.
