18 pt. Typo Upright Letterpress Type Up for bidding: 18 pt. Typo Upright letterpress type, complete with uppers, lowers, numbers, symbols and punctuation.  Please note that this auction DOES NOT include the galley you see the item pictured on.  See photos for more details.   Typo Upright is Morris Benton's interpretation in 1905 of a popular style of vertical French Script, introduced by ATF as Tiffany Upright.  It is the only such design suitable for adaptation to keyboard slug casting, and is called Lino Script and Interscript by the two leaders in the field.  Typo Upright was copied by Western as Society Scrip.*   Be sure to see our other type auctions -- we combine shipping on multiple font purchases at buyer's request.   We ship worldwide...great luck bidding!     *From the Second, Revised Edition of American Metal Typefaces of the Twentieth Century, by Mac McGrew.
