You are bidding on a 180V DC 1 1/2 HP motor from Pacific Scientific 7.8 AMPS 1750 RPM Continuous Duty Serial # 0351 53037 All items are sold as is where is. You are bidding on pre-owned items. I try to describe items accurately but opinion on colors, condition etc. varies. Buyer arranges and pays for Shipping and Handling and for insurance. Terms are Ex Works Pittsburgh Plastics Butler, PA. No overseas shipments. Payment is due within seven days. I prefer Cash or Business Check, but I will accept cashier's checks. No items will ship until payment has cleared. The time for payments to clear can be 10-20 days. Please ask questions prior to auction’s end. Item must be picked up by arranged shipping method within seven days of cleared payment. Item CANNOT be shipped within 3 business days of auction’s end. Shipments must be arranged with me and coincide with Pittsburgh Plastics facility’s shipping hours. Items paid for but not arranged to be shipped within seven days of cleared payment can be relisted or resold without full payment refund to the Buyer. INDEMNIFICATION: Used Machines may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the user's responsibility that the said machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation. User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment. Including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller. Or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
