The light brown cloth covered boards have bumped corners and spine ends and soiling to boards and a few minor bumps. Internally the pages are a bit yellowed through age, a few fingermarks, a small brown dot in the lower margin runs through about eight pages. A nice Victorian handrailing and stairbuilding book.
