This is a General Electric I14 (made from 1913-1927) watt-hour meter mounted on a home-made stand with connected power cord and a power outlet so you can plug in 120v electric devices and see the meter move. I tried it out, and the usage wheel moved as expected and the ones digit advanced. I did not check the accuracy of the power usage. While there is a dent on the metal cover, the meter overall is in good vintage condition. There is corrosion spots on the outlet cover but this could easily be replaced.
