1929 GREGG SHORTHAND & SPEED STUDIES~Anniversary Editions HC plus memo notebook Up for sale is.... A pair of books: Gregg Speed Studies and Gregg Shorthand. Both are 1929 Anniversary editions. The Speed Studies book is in Very Good condition (pages are clean and unmarked, binding tight and cover has minor wear). The Shorthand book is in Acceptable condition (pages are marked throughout, there is some moderate soiling on a couple of pages, a small tear on one page and a large tear on another, but the binding is tight and the cover has only minor wear). Pleas see the photos. The Speed Studies book is a very nice clean example of the text book. The Shorthand book tells a story of the one who owned it many years ago. There is also a small memo book from the period that I found inside one of the books. It has some pages written in shorthand. It is in nice condition and with the other two books makes for a nice display. (It does have some light scribbling on a couple of blank pages after the shorthand exercises, but overall it is in very nice condition.) A very enjoyable collection from 80+ years ago. May have a name, etc. written on the flyleaf/inside cover. The binding will be tight. The cover and dust jacket will be nice with only very minor signs of wear. Very Good- : Condition will be Very Good except for the following possible exceptions: May have very slight page yellowing. May have minor markings on 2 or 3 pages. May have slight edge wear on the cover or small tears on the dust jacket. Good: Has significant wear but nothing serious. The pages will be generally in nice condition. They may have light to moderate page yellowing. May have highlighting, underlining or writing on less than 15 pages (but nothing that makes the book difficult to read). The binding will be tight. The cover may have some light to moderate edge or surface wear. May have some light to moderate creasing. May be missing dust jacket or the dust jacket may even be in very poor condition. Good- : May have highlighting, underlining or writing on 15 pages or more but the markings will be neat and generally brief. The binding may be a little weak or the book a little bent but the book will be in nice shape otherwise. The cover may have some small tears or heavy creasing. Acceptable: Has some serious wear but is still readable and all parts of the book will be useable. There will be no missing pages unless clearly noted.
