Super piece. If you enjoy quality tools like I do you're gona want this one. Collectable and functional , this vintage tool is in very nice condition. It has a few drips of paint on it from the previous owner. It was kept in the top tray of his Kennedy 620 box and that's probably how the paint came to be. The last two photos are of the 1938 Catalog I found this in . I thought it was just a compound square but they called it an "INCLINOMETER" back then. Both the head and the No. 4 rule have great patina , complete with the Starrett logo . Shipping will be a bit higher so I can insure this piece.
