Vintage Leather Packings Catalog Booklet Rare Vintage 57-Page Catalog Booklet titled Leather Packings measures approximately 8-3/8" x 11". The softcover catalog booklet was published by the Mechanical Leather Packing Division, National Industrial Leather Association, as a rewrite of the association's handbook titled "The Design and Application of Mechanical Leather Packings", for designers and users of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. The following major sections appear in the Table of Contents: Mechanical Leather Packings; Leather for Packings; Leather Cup Packings; Leather Flange Packings; Leather U Packings; Leather Vee Packings; Leather Gaskets, Washers and Diaphragms; Leather Back-Up Washers and Heel Pads; Surface Finish of Cylinders and Shafts; Hydraulic Fluids; Packing Hints; Glossary of Terms; and, Related Tables.
