The cover has very little wear, the binding is tight, and the pages are in very good shape. The dust jacket is in GOOD condition with some wear and discoloration. This book is about the practice of growing purer and more perfect single crystals of semi-conducting compounds, including techniques, apparatus, starting materials, and the problem of lattice defects.
