Manual contains 30 pages and price guide 26 pages. Condition is as you see in the photos which are considered part of the description. Both are pre-owned and were likely used. They have some soiling marks, light rub and scuff, creases. No water stains and no large rips, no handwriting that I could find. You get both for one price. I reserve the right to ship either USPS parcel post or UPS ground whichever is better. If it costs me less to ship than you pay me I will give you the overage via your PayPal account.
