Lucks LDR 11 36 part semi automatic dough divider rounder manufactured by Erika Record. This is the same machine as the Erika 11/30. This unit is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically. Comes with 2 plates. 3 phase 200 volt. This rounder divider makes 1oz to 4oz dough balls. This is one of the cleanest Rounder dividers that I have come across. When you buy a Lucks/Erika Divider Rounder from me you can make sure that the motor runs smooth and that the bearings and belts are in good working order. I take the time to clean the head thoroughly though it is impossible to get every bit of dough out of it. I make sure the pivot pins are able to be removed, so you can crack the head over and clean it from the inside. I make sure all the springs are intact and working as they should. In many of these machines there is so much crud built up that you are not able to remove these pins and clean inside. Another thing I ensure is that after you compress the blades onto the plate and pull lever, the cutting mechanism will snap back into place this is an indication that the head is clean enough to allow this to happen it also indicates that the springs are working correctly.
