You are purchasing a USED but fully functional, Watchfire Electronic Message Center (EMC). NOTE: THE EMC IN THE FEATURED PHOTO IS NOT THE ACTUAL UNIT OFFERED. NOR IS ANY MOUNTING HARDWARE OR MATERIAL INCLUDED. THE PRIMARY PHOTO IS A STOCK PHOTO GENERICALLY REFERENCING THE EMC ONLY. ACTUAL PHOTOS OF THE UNIT WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. This two sided unit was sold new, by us, to the original owner in Sept. of 2010. It was in use for approximately two and a half years before the location it was posted at closed. We are a Watchfire dealer and have sold many of these units, including this one. We were the original selling dealer and we took the unit down when the location was closed. The unit was in perfect working order when taken down and had been in inside storage since. Units like this have a working life expectancy of nearly 15 years so in the general scheme of things, this sign is not that old and still holds significant value. The installed cost of the unit at the time of the original sale was nearly $23,000. The unit is being sold as USED and the package includes everything it takes to make the unit work in a new location. That includes but is not limited to: The operating "Ignite" software, both radio communication & transmitters, time and temp capability. Installation at the new site is not included but can either be quoted locally or a qualified installer can be recommended through the Watchfire network. This unit comes with the remainder of the original 5 year limited warranty still in tact. The unit is currently in storage but in the event of sale, the unit will be set up and placed in demonstrable condition within our shop so the buyer can confirm it to be in full operational mode. All required manuals and technical data will be provided at that time. The unit weighs approximately 500lbs so crating is required prior to shipment. The unit is a "twin pack, consisting of two separate cabinets. Legitimate technical questions will be addressed at 317-881-1818 by asking for Monty or Mike. Local pick up is recommended however we will ship via commercial truck so long as all arrangements to do so are made by the buyer and the unit is fully paid for prior to shipment. There is NO warranty offered for this unit beyond that of the remainder of the original Watchfire factory warranty.
