Get Vendio Gallery - Now FREE! *1pc of Light-to-voltage optical sensors TSL12S-LF Description The TSL12S, TSL13S, and TSL14S are cost-optimized, highly integrated light-to-voltage optical sensors, eachcombining a photodiode and a transimpedance amplifier (feedback resistor = 80 M?, 20 M?, and 5 M?,respectively) on a single monolithic integrated circuit. The photodiode active area is 0.5 mm x 0.5 mm and thesensors respond to light in the range of 320 nm to 1050 nm. Output voltage is linear with light intensity(irradiance) incident on the sensor over a wide dynamic range. These devices are supplied in a 3-lead clearplastic sidelooker package (S).
