Facility Closing: (TWO) 2011 Cleaver Brooks CLEARFIRE Natural Gas Steam Boilers (CFH-700-40-150ST). S/N's: 03796-1-1 and 03796-1-2 Natural Gas; 150 psi; 40HP; 115V; 1PH; 60Hz. Installed in 2011, these 2 boilers have been used approx 10 hrs/week to provide steam for the equipment sterilization needs for the Los Angeles area branch of Medtronic. Since Day 1, they have been monitored and maintained under contract by the premier boiler/pump company in California (R.F. MacDonald). Original 2011 cost for the 2 boilers was approx. $85,400.
