2.2-2.35 GHz PLL brick oscillator by Harris Farinon, model SD-104830-M2, OPT 005.   Contains an adjustable (via the RF ADJ) microstrip oscillator at about 2.25 GHz that is phase locked to the X21, X22, X23, or X24 harmonic of an internal ovenized crystal oscillator--no crystal is included in this auction.  For the pictures, I am using a 104.8388 MHz crystal (I repeat: no crystal is included in this auction):  the X22 harmonic is about 2306 MHz.  Other SA pic shows the X21 harmonic phase locking at about 2201 MHz.  The RF output is 14.4 dBm, and this brick contains an internal 2.3 GHz isolator on the output.   A red LED lights when the brick loses phase lock.   Requires a well-regulated  -20.0 VDC supply.   The spectrum analyzer (at 1 MHz/div), cables, crystal, and coax attenuators are not included in auction.   This "brick" is in very nice clean condition, and it works fine.  You supply a T0-5 size SC-cut crystal to phase lock the microstrip oscillator to any frequency from  2.2 GHz to 2.35 GHz.  Ships to USA for $8.00 via USPS Priority mail in antistatic bag, packed well, and boxed.   Ships to select countries for $24.00 via USPS International First Class mail.  Foreign buyer is of course responsible for all customs duties, fees, and taxes levied by your country.
