Two Brass extension type springs. Short spring: Unstretched coil Length (does not included hook portion):  2.25   OAL:  3.1 OD"  0.55 Weight:  ~1 ounce Coil Length when stretched by gallon of water ~8.3 pounds (does not include hook portion):  4.5 Crude estimation of Constant: ~0.3 in/lb  or 3.7 lb/in Long Spring: Unstretched coil Length (does not included hook portion):  3.1 OAL:  4.1 OD:  0.59 Weight:  ~1.5 ounce Coil Length when stretched by gallon of water ~8.3 pounds (does not include hook portion) :  6.5 Crude estimation of  Constant: ~0.4 in/lb or 2.4 lb/in New Old Stock NOS from ship/yacht building industry in Sturgeon Bay WI.  These probably date back to WWII as I purchased a 'lot' of materials from an estate long ago and I am cleaning out what is left.  See my other listings for washers, bolts, nuts and other sizes/types.  I combine shipping, you can always pick up for no shipping cost.
