DESCRIPTION CAS Medical Event Link 511 2 Medical Event ECG-Respiration SpO2 Patient Monitors (w/ Cables, Electrodes, Power Supply, Internal Battery) ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ I have several of these with and without the SpO2 function. This is a portable medical event patient monitor that has a 3 lead ECG, Pulse/Heart Rate and Oxygen Saturation. I was easily able to test function by plugging it in and attaching the electrodes and sensors. Comes with all cables and power supply Fully programmable using the buttons on the bottom to set alarm limits and record retrieval. This system is ready to use. The internal battery's are holding a full charge. The previous owner velcro'd the power supply and ziptied the cables to the console to ensure they stayed with the machine. Easily removed if you want them off. I was easily able to test function by attaching the leads to myself and it accurately records vital signs. Alarms sound when leads are removed. The control buttons on the bottom respond to input.
