Double pole/six position rotary switch (with extra contacts-see description).  This rotary switch is a bit larger and heavier material.  Contacts are heavier material.  Wafer is a bit more than 1-1/2" diameter.  Quality switch was removed from IBM equipment.    Each of the two wafers has 6 positions stop to stop.  One of the wafers has position 1 & 2 also connected separately and the other wafer has positions 3 & 6 also connected separately.    There is a rubber "O" ring and groove at the mounting area.    Fine quality switch.
