Satin band means it has a band design in the fabric around the outer perimeter of the napkin giving it a very classy and elegant look. (see photos) This 100% polyester fabric is machine washable and tumble dry in 120 degrees or less and no ironing required. It also has a built in stain release. Restaurant quality. These are brand new, never been used but are being sold as a close out item at a deep discount with no returns. Buy with confidence as they are very nice.
