SaniSafe knives give you a more precise, more comfortable way to cut.  Along with the durability to stand up to the rigors of a commercial kitchen.  These knives are BRAND NEW, UNUSED, but are stamped "factory seconds" and I bought them right at the factory.  I grouped these particular 2 knives together because although they are stamped "factory seconds" the only reason they are "seconds" is because of printing errors. If you notice, they are missing the "Dexter" Logo, etc. on the blade.  That's it!  That's the only thing wrong with them. They cannot be sold as "firsts" so I am selling them for a pretty good discount.  These knives were in a drawer at the factory with other paring knives without any protection, so they have a few minor blemishes (and I mean minor), nothing too serious.  The cutting edges are perfect (see photo 5). The flaws in no way interferes with the performance of the knife.  Aside from a couple of cosmetic issues, they're really nice knives. Built to be Both Tough & Sanitary.
