3.5-Inch Vienna/Paring Knives. "Traditional" Line by Dexter Russell. For those who like the look, feel, and warmth of real wood. Vienna Knives are used to score loaves of bread and baguettes as well as a host of other bakery products. But these knives make handy paring knives as well! Note: I believe, because of the Blunt Tip, this would make a great paring or all-purpose knife for children, the elderly, people with restricted use of their hands (arthritis, etc.). These knives are marked "factory seconds" and I bought them right at the factory. I'm not really sure why they were deemed as "seconds". There are a few very minor blemishes and tiny scratches on the blades. But I assumed that was because they were in a bin with a bunch of other knives. These "flaws" will not, in any way affect the functionality or compromise the integrity of the knife. Other than that, these knives are in perfect condition.
