These 2 Hobart slicers can be useful to parts or to refurbish existing Hobart slicers. One slicer is a 1712R - Motor operates properly, tray moves easily, index operates. Autoslice transmission operated in two speeds, slow has lots of play on output arm. All or most components in auto-slice badly worn or broken. Unit will slice jas fine. Carriage is obsolete and seazed, most functionality gone. The other slicer has no ID tag - Motor operates, auto slice operates, united is grease fouled/seized. Lack of model, serialand ML numbers makes replacement parts a guessing game. Good amount of play in knife drive hub. FREE PICK-UP IN CHICAGO. SHIPPING BASED ON BUYER LOCATION.
